Meet the Team: Senior Team

With almost 100 years of service working for St Regis between them, the senior team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Chris Rosser Managing Director

Born in Australia and educated in both Australia and the UK, Chris has a degree in physics and is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined St Regis in 1994 as Sudbrook Mill’s accountant, moving on to Kemsley Mill as Financial Controller in 1996. He became MD of Kemsley in 2001 and was promoted to MD of St Regis in 2007.

Nick Britton Sales and Marketing Director

Nick graduated with a degree in Applied Physics and has worked in the paper industry for many years with companies such as Bowater, James River and Rexam. He completed an MBA in 1994 and spent two years in Holland setting up a European network for speciality papers. Nick joined St Regis in 1997 as Marketing Manager and became Sales and Marketing Director in 1999. Nick also oversees the purchasing and technical aspects of the business.

Will Faure Walker Divisional Commercial Director

A graduate of Cambridge University, Will qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997 when working for Deloitte & Touche. Between 2000 and 2004 he worked on acquisitions and other corporate projects for DS Smith Plc, joining St Regis in 2004 and becoming Divisional Finance Director in 2005. In 2009 Will became Commercial Director for the company.

Mike Collins Environmental Director

Qualified in Chemistry at Robert Gordons Institute of Technology in Aberdeen.  Mike joined Arjo Wiggins fine paper mill in Aberdeen in 1979, and held various positions within the Technical function.  He joined St Regis at Wansbrough Mill as Technical manager in 1993 and in 1995 was promoted to Divisional Technical & Environmental Director following the retirement of Chris Wilson.  In 2005 he took over additional responsibility for risk management, legal and contract management matters. Mike also takes an active role in H&S matters. Up until November 2008 Mike was also a Director of Grovehurst Energy Ltd, the Utilities company on the Kemsley site, which is currently being integrated into the Kemsley site management as a result of recent m-real acquisition and subsequent rebuild.

Mike Hartman Finance Director

South African born Mike, joined St Regis in October 2009 as Divisional Finance Director. He is a graduate of Rhodes University in SA, with a BSc (Honours) post graduate degree. He is also a qualified Management Accountant (ACMA). Mike started his career with Unilever SA, where he spent 18 years working in numerous financial roles, culminating with that of Finance Director for Unilever Global Infrastructure Organisation, where he was responsible for strategy evaluation for the group. He then spent a year with Kwik Save as Group FD, before joining First Cheese company as Divisional FD. In his new role with St Regis Mike oversees both the Finance and IT functions.
